A Relational, Spirit-Empowered Discipleship Movement
Austin’s metro area is full of energy and opportunity, yet many households quietly struggle with financial pressure, isolation, anxiety, and broken relationships. In this environment, God has called Life Changers ATX to stand in the gap—bringing salvation, family healing, marital restoration, purpose, and Spirit-empowered discipleship to individuals and households. Rather than functioning as a traditional institutional church, we operate as a pastoral-people discipleship network rooted in the New Testament model of relational discipleship: walking life together in homes, sharing meals, praying, baptizing, receiving the Holy Spirit, and being formed into Christlikeness through daily obedience.
Meet Tony & Monicole Brown
Life Changers ATX is led by Tony and Monicole Brown, a husband-and-wife pastoral team called to shepherd people into freedom, identity, and spiritual maturity through Jesus Christ. Married for over 26 years, their life together is a testimony of faith, love, and service. They are the proud parents of four children and the joyful grandparents of three. Both served their country—Tony in the United States Air Force and Monicole in the United States Air Force Reserve—before answering God’s call to full-time Kingdom service.
Professional Background
Tony Brown holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and has spent his career leading, mentoring, and building systems that serve people at scale.
Monicole Brown is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with a heart for practical care, wholeness, and compassion for those in crisis.
Beyond their professional achievements, their greatest joy is ministering the Gospel of Jesus Christ, strengthening marriages, and walking with families toward healing and Spirit-filled living.

Changing Lives Ministries & Bishop Geoffrey V. Dudley, Sr.
Life Changers ATX operates under the spiritual covering and ecclesiastical oversight of Bishop Geoffrey V. Dudley, Sr., PhD, D.Min., founder and leader of Changing Lives Ministries and senior pastor of New Life in Christ Church (O’Fallon, IL).
Tony and Monicole are credentialed ministers through Changing Lives Ministries and licensed under New Life in Christ Church. They are committed to biblical integrity, accountability, and alignment with the wider Body of Christ.
Bishop Dudley brings more than four decades of pastoral leadership experience, including over 21 years as a U.S. Air Force Chaplain (retiring as Lieutenant Colonel), advanced theological training (PhD in Organizational Leadership, Doctor of Ministry, Master of Divinity), and a proven track record in church planting, leadership development, and strategic coaching for ministries and networks.
Through this covering, Life Changers ATX receives ongoing mentoring, coaching, prayer support, and strategic guidance as we minister to marriages and families in the Austin region.

We are non-denominational believers grounded in the full Gospel. We believe in the life, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ; that salvation comes through Christ alone; in water baptism as an act of obedience; in the baptism and filling of the Holy Spirit; in prayer, healing, deliverance, and discipleship; and in the restoration of families and generations. Everything we do—whether Insight groups, Concerned Persons, or Committed Couples—is aimed at seeing people encounter Jesus, be filled with the Holy Spirit, and be formed into disciples who transform their homes, workplaces, and communities.
